Answers:
In the real world of pharmaceuticals there are no Caplets !.!.!. just capsules and tablets!. The name caplet is a trendy marketing name for a tablet shaped like a capsule!.

No you don't have to bite them!. The outsides will dissolve in your stomach!. If you bite the paracetamol it will just taste bad, if you bite into the nurofen or ibuprofen it might be a little irritating to your throat but no real harm either way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No matter what the actual drug contained, what you are describing are methods for delivering medication!. A capsule is a cylindrical object with closed ends that can be separated in the center, and contains either a powdered, or liquified form of a drug!. It is composed of materials that can be easily digested by the body so that the drug within can be released into the digestive tract, and then into the bloodstream!. A caplet is a pill that has been formed into the shape of a capsule!. There can be an outer, or enteric coating which aids in passing the pill directly into the intestines for faster absorption by the body, just as the capsules body does!. However, some caplets have no coating, and are meant to be ingested within the stomach!. You do not bite or chew any capsule, caplet, or other pill form of medication!. They are meant to swallowed whole, and released into the digestive tract!. Hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A capsule has the tablet in powder form inside a casing and if you shake it you can hear it!. A caplet is the tablet without a casing!. Don't bite a liquid capsule just swallow it and it will 'melt' in your stomach Www@Answer-Health@Com

Caplets are capsule shaped, capsules contain the medication they should be taken whole!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
