Natural alternative to inderal?!

Question: Natural alternative to inderal!?
I have essential tremors but I'm young and don't want to take inderal (propranolol) all of my life, also it makes me feel not myself a little and has unwanted side effects!. Right now I have stopped taking the medicine, but it's really difficult socially not to have any help!.

So far I've tried: magnesium supplements, B-100 complex (with 100mcg B12), daily exercise, yoga, kava (great but expensive)!. Any ideas would be great!Www@Answer-Health@Com
