I have heard of pau d'arco, mitake mushrooms, and the Essiac herbal combination mentioned in your first answer!. They may have some value for health and possibly even for treating cancer!.
However, in my opinion, someone who has cancer really needs the guidance of health professionals who are knowledgeable in both alternative medicine and traditional (allopathic) medicine!. You might as well get help in as many ways as you can!.
Andrew Weil is an alternative medicine "guru" who also went to Harvard Medical School!. He seeks to combine many fields of medicine into what he calls "complementary" medicine instead of alternative medicine!. You might try to get advice through his website at drweil!.com!. I do not know about what you are referring but many people have been cured using hydrogen therapy for cancer and AIDS!. Talk to a natural path!.
