Is there any home remedies that can help with taking out lice eggs?!

Question: Is there any home remedies that can help with taking out lice eggs!?
I found out my daughter had lice on Friday after she came from school & I was washing her hair!. My husband went to Walgreen's and got her a treatment the next day- also was told from one of the physicians that work there that lice can be treated with vinegar & lemon, or alcohol left in the head for 1 hour, and that will kill the lice-
I did that treatment too!. Well!.!.!. We gave her the treatment my hubby bought and comb her hair with the special comb the kit has, and we even got a better comb that wasn't plastic!. The next day we realize that she still has the eggs, that's when we gave her the second treatment with alcohol!. I've been combing her hair with the egg comb and they don't come out!. I even cut and straighten her hair today and yet she still has eggs in her hair!. What can I do to take out the eggs or that at least would help take the eggs out!. Any home remedies!?!?!? My poor babies head hurt already of so much combing and treatment that was given, and she's only 6!. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!. Thanks in advanced!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
