Some common "weeds" can be made into laxatives!. Try Googling "medicinal herbs!." We have a plant called Pokeweed here and the roots can be used as a laxative!. Personally I'd just eat a salad with a lot of raw garlic in it!. Always does the trick for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Why not have a good munch on some fruit & veg do it the natural way apart from that it's as above a good herbal store will have all your different tea's as well as other remedies you can also chew a good bit of liqurice Www@Answer-Health@Com
