What is a safe way to go on a juice fast?!


Question: What is a safe way to go on a juice fast!?
While there are obviously positives and negatives that can result from a juice fast!. I would like to know of a safe method of having such a fast!. How should I prepare my body and things of that nature!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are very few negatives to a juice fast, actually!. I did a 25-day juice fast back in spring, and the effects were AMAZING, especially with my immune system!.

The first two websites below, especially the first, should help you!. Generally the rule is to do a 1-day water fast the day before!. Regular (once a day) colon cleansing is recommended, although if you drink beet juice you will eliminate waste efficiently as well!. I recommend drinking mainly vegetables juices, since they will give you all the protein, vitamins, and minerals you need!. Do fruit juice once every two days, if not less often, since it's so high in fructose content!. Also, drink plenty of water!.
The most important part of the fast is breaking it!. The 3rd website will help you with this!. You need to take it slow!. For the first day you break, you can eat one meal - something light, like a salad, and definitely no meat or pasta (heavy stuff) - and the rest juice!. The next day, you can munch on some nuts or a soft fruit or vegetable, like a peach, while still juicing!. Afterwards, you can probably do half the day on juice and half the day on light foods, but depending on how long your fast is (if a 7-day fast, your break should be about 4 days)!. If you did any sort of fast like I did - 21 days or more - then you will need about 1 and a half weeks to fully break your fast!. Just extend all the techniques mentioned before over 2 weeks!. Make sure to take it slow, or otherwise you will get cramps and in bad cases, severe abdominal pain!. But if you follow instructions, you won't have any problems whatsoever!.

A juice fast is perfectly safe if you select a variety of fruits and vegetables to ensure that you continue to get all of the nutrients your body needs!. Your body doesn't need any preparation!.

If you're trying to lose weight, consuming the fruits and vegetables whole would be more effective than juicing them!. Most of the health benefits are in the fiber, not the juice!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would recomend instead of drinking the juice just eat the fruit!.!.it will fill you up more and you wont have to eat as much!.!.!.like in a cup of orange juice they use like 5 oranges and if you eat the fruite ull only eat like 2 and feel full and its healthier for you!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whats the fast for!? if your a christian and doing it, i wouldnt worry too much about it, people in the bible fasted for 40 days before!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
