Yes!.!.!.!. Im going to try not to type to much!. Firstly it should be legal because it helps people!. What more reason do you need!? Also it is much safer then any other drugs that you can get for pain and what-not!. Secondly I think all marijuana should be legal!. Its not the 50's anymore!. Marijuana is much safer then all other "recreational drugs" if thats what you want to call them!. Alochol, tobacco, ect!. Marijuana still being illegal is just rediculous!. It has so many uses, and legalization would help everyone!. Firstly theres Hemp to make paper, and oil, and can be used to make cloth, and many other things!. Also with marijuana legal it would be much harder for people under the age of 18 to get ahold of it!. People who are selling drugs dont care what age you are, but store clerks DO!. (This would also bring in alot of money) Additionally, there wouldnt be a huge amount of spending trying to put marijuana users and growers in jail!. Which would also cut back on DEA spending, so they can focus on the unsafe, hard drugs!. I dont really care what happens to other drugs, but I still believe prohibition doesnt work, on anything!. So other drugs should all be legalized, so they can be controlled, and users can get help!.
I also forgot to mention that I hate THC substitues like marinol!!!
It is the exact same thing, but they are turning it into a product that can be monopolized, and only created a certain way, while the natural version is still illegal, but it does the exact same thing!. Its not going to be anysafer, it IS a form of THC but in a pill!. I believe that one of the main reasons it is still illegal is because it can replace many pharmaceutical drugs, and the drug companies cant keep it, and all of the profits from sales to themselves!.
Its also illegal because our government cant face the facts, and admit that they were completely wrong for the last!.!.!.!. about 80 years!.

Jason has took most of the words out of my mouth!. Anyway did you know the first american flag is made of hemp!? Also that the founding fathers had hemp crops going and that they smoked up to!?
Thats just some of the reasons why it should be legal!. Making marijuana illegal is going against our country for what it stood for, freedom, life, and the pursuit of happiness!. So anyone against it is going against the true american way!.

My mother went from 165 pounds down to 85 pounds and was a skeleton she was unable to eat so she got a RX for Marinol, a liquid derivative of marijuana and if it hadn't been for that she would have starved to death!. So yes, it should be legal esp for cancer patients!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
all drugs should be legal because drug use is a victimless activity!. making drugs illegal doesn't stop drug use either, it just makes criminals rich selling it, wastes a lot of money on enforcement, infringes on peoples civil liberties in an attempt to stop it, kills people in gang warfare, and makes the drugs of unknown content and purity, causing more overdoses and deaths!.
