How much Walnut can you eat per day?!
Question: How much Walnut can you eat per day!?
I am a Fruitarian-Rawfoodist and I have high blood pressure 150/95( I take 1 blood pressure medication)!.
The diet claims that nuts in general clog arteries therefore to avod them!. However I am 46 my weight is now 155 for 6!.2!. I find myself to thin and read that walnuts could possibly help blood pressure(improve elasticity of blood vessels)!. How much walnut can I eat per day or per week to get some decent results on my overall health especially HBP!.
As Fruitarian-Rawfoodist I only eat :
Fruits & vegetables and drink a lot of smoothies!.

Everything in moderation is the key!.
To be successful as a fruitarian, one must be highly evolved!. Certainly, the raw foodie part is good for you, but I would do something about the high cholesterol!. Take good quality oils and eliminate the bad ones!. E!.g!. avocado, cold-pressed almond, olive and sunflower!. Ditch Canola and Soya bean!.
If your smoothies have milk, change it to rice milk or plain water!.
Look at relaxation/meditation for help in bringing down your HBP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
