Answers:
The sucesses far out weigh the failures!.!.!.the key is picking the right person for the right condition!. There are always conditions that go beyond the scope of therapy!.

The problem most people have with PT is that they expect PT to "Fix" their problem for them; however, the real focus in PT is for people to take ownership for their own bodies!. The body has a remarkable ability to heal itself if given the right conditions!.!.!.!.getting people to assume the right conditions is often difficult!. Those who are willing to make the committment AND for whom PT is appropriate often excel and have a new sense of control over their health!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is always surgery!. PT is a temporary fix and does well for many who stay with it, but to say it actually heals to the point of the injury never causing a problem again!? Naw I doubt that!. You need to evaluate each injury you have to decide that PT is the best for you in the long run versus surgery!. I myself, I'm a surgery kind of gal because I hate long term PT! Take Care!. Ok, as a deep tissue massage therapist, I will tell you that there are many benefits to both PT and MT!. With injuries like you have, it's most certainly not going to be a few sessions and you will be pain-free and all fixed up! LOL!. It will greatly help in pain reduction, strengthening the muscles, tendons, ligaments, ETC, and aide in preventing the injuries to worsen!. However, to actually heal what you've got going on, PT or MT would be something you would have to continue doing for a LONG time!. (depending on the severity of the injuries) But like I said, it will most deffinatley help in certain areas!. And absolutley make you more comfortable! Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe you would definately benefit from some sort of health care action whether it may be chiropractic, PT, or massage therapy!.

THE REAL ISSUE is how these problems came to be in the first place!. Too often in this country we run our bodies ragged, and then we look for some sort of quick fix after the fact!. As was stated in other answers this is going to be something that you have to give a bit of effort to correct, sort of like the effort it took to get your body there in the first place!. A lifestyle change will be required as well as treatment by a healthcare professional!. MDs are great, but I wouldn't recommend them in your condition since they will only refer you to a Chiro, PT, or MT, or worse yet, just give you a drug to cover up the symptoms while the cause of your problem gets worse!. Most MDs wouldn't give you a drug without making sure you were doing some sort of therapy though!. So!.!.!. YES!. Get care!. Learn exercises to do on your own!. Decide to turn your health around today, and change your life accordingly!. You are selling out your future by not taking care of your health today!. We work hard and save money throughout our life, only to have to spend that fortune on medical bills later in life!. Take care of your body now, be rich later on!Www@Answer-Health@Com
