Question: Is oil pulling for real!?

I have looked online for remedies for sinus trouble and found oil pulling!. Is this a gimmick or is there validity behind it!? Does anyone have any good results from it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

hmm I have tried it a couple of times and did feel pretty good after wards! My teeth even seemed a bit whiter!. If you have sinus problems I would suggest a neti pot!. I have a cold right now and the only thing that helps me sleep and not feel like I've been punched in the face is the neti pot!
