have you been treated or used candida tablets to get rid of candida and lost weight bc of it!? What about other problems like dandruff etc!?!?

Once i dealt with my sugar and wheat addiction i lost 12 kilos in as many weeks!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. it made me a bit ratty for the first few weeks until i got used to not eating processed sugar and wheat but i now have energy to spare and certainly don't have anymore weight to spare!.

The classic telltale signs of a yeast overgrowth !.!.!.!.!.!.!. candidiasis !.!.!.!.!.!. are those of a white tongue (thrush), toenail or fingernail fungus, jock itch or athlete's foot, and vaginal yeast infections!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. an overgrowth of yeast can affect virtually every system of the body with the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, endocrine, nervous and immune systems being the most susceptible!.!.!.!. common symptoms of candidiasis include:

Inability to lose weight,
Digestive disorders, including IBS;
Gastrointestinal symptoms: thrush, bloating gas, rectal itching;
Vaginal yeast infections;
Urinary tract infections;
Athlete's foot or jock itch;
Fungal toenails or fingernails;
Cravings for sugar, bread, or alcohol;

truly, eat loads and loads of green and leafy vegies, squeeze lemon juice over it to spice it up and help torch bacteria and bolster both your immunity and digestive process !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.eat some low sugar fruits each day too such as strawberries, blueberries, cantalope, pears and watermelon and cold water fresh fishes and quinoa and watch it clear up!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. oh, drink loads and loads of fresh filtered water to !.!.!. to ensure you are properly hydrated as the healthiest and happiest body will always be the most hydrated one !.

make sure that you only eat organic nuts and seeds like almonds, brazil nuts and sunflower seeds too as they "preserve" the commercial varieties with sulfites and other nasty chemicals that will upset sensitive digestive systems!.

Candida feeds on sugar!. IF you have an overgrowth it is going to want more and more of it!.!.making you crave foods with lots of sugar!. For me it caused stomach bloating!. I have used a blend of herb cleanses!. As far as dandruff goes I have had that issue, due to very thick hair!. I have found that using triple treat shampoo by giovanii works great!. It has been even better since i started using a mix of egg whites, honey, and lemon juice in my hair!. I use it twice a week and put it in about an hour before i get in shower!. My hair gets sticky and hard but i just put it up!. The results I get have outweighed that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

candida eats sugars!. You have to cut way down on your sugar intake to get rid of them!. Also vitamin c (ascorbic acid) is good for treating Candida!.

To lose weight you need to include lots of raw fruits and vegetables, and cut out the pizzas and sodas!.
