Aromatherapy question?!
Question: Aromatherapy question!?
I lost my ability to smell in a accident a few years ago!. But I was wondering if aromatherapy treatments would still help me!. I'm talking about things like Vick's vapor rub, as well as the kind of therapy that helps with headaches and sleeping problemsWww@Answer-Health@Com

It will definitely help clear your sinuses, but I do not know if you can get the sense of smell back if you have lost it!. There doesn't appear to be much research on this, but it will be interesting to see the results if you continue forward with this!. Give it a try for sure, as there is nothing to lose!. That would make for an interesting test, given there is little evidence and/or studies/trials that show efficacy of aromatherapy!. The evidence we have is mostly anecdotal!. You would need a control of some sort though!.

as the chemical is absorbed in the sinuses, provided you can still breathe through your nose it probably will work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's all a placebo, so as long as you think it will help you it will!. There is zero scientific evidence that it works even on people who can smell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
