If you aren't an addict you're sure flirting with it!. Ask your doc about getting help for depression, and don't hold anything back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weeelll, I used to do something very similar to that!. I'd just get high off Tylenol!. I finally got to my breaking point and I realized I had to stop!. So, I opened up to my parents about it, and they got me help!. I got some depression pills from my doctor, and now I'm completely better and I couldn't be any happier!.!.!.and without Tylenol! I think you should open up to someone (your parents would be good) about it!. I hope you can be happy without pills soon(:

PS: I've been off the depression pills for about 2 years now :) Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all talk to your doc about seeing someone then when you see a therapist i would bring it up with them and you have to allow yourself to be open and honost about the sleeping pills!. sleeping pills are very adictive and can lead to more seriouse perscription medicine!. in order to stop you need to first understand why, then what you cand do such as see someone or write your thoughts down inorder to take away the need for them then you need to stop taking them and even though its scary you need to tell your parents that way your parents can put them somewhere else or even in a lock box this will make you be in a clean environment!. some of this may sound like bogus but trust me i have seen my share of therepist and have learned new coping mechanisms!. if your looking for a good therepist i would sugest a cognitive therepist because they work on helping you find these new outlets and help to change that behaviorWww@Answer-Health@Com
