Put the pill a far back in your mouth as you can then then chug water,or ginger ale it should slide right down!.

Crush it and mix with something creamy like icecream, applesauce or pudding!. This will ensure you get every little bit of powder!. I had the same problem until I was in my late teens!. Eventually I just said the hell with it and threw the pill in and took a BIG gulp of water!. After you do it once, you'll overcome your fear!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
mix the contents with applesauce and eat it, just don't chew!. Also works with other ingredients such as ice cream!. No hot foods as they may melt the coating that controls the release of the medication!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
