Can weed cause heart attacks?!

Question: Can weed cause heart attacks!?
I used to smoke a lot of weed and never had any problems, but quit for about a year!. I recently started smoking again but now I have anxiety attacks almost every time I get high, to the point where I feel like my heart is skipping beats or something!. I don't have any heart problems that I know of but I'm tired of the anxiety!. Feels like I can't breath, rapid heartbeat, tunnel vision, feels like I'm gonna pass out, etc!. anyway I'm tired of the anxiety and wonder if there's a way to get rid of it so I can just enjoy getting high again!. Answers:
Weed can "trigger" a heart attack, but only in someone who was already past due for a heart attack (eg!. high bad cholesterol, high triglycerides, over the age of 50, atherosclerosis, diabetes, etc) If you're not already past due for a heart attack, then no, it's not going to cause a heart attack!.

Have you tried cutting down on the dosage!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Heart attacks result from several different causes!.
One of them is constricted arteries, caused by plaque build up on the walls of the arteries!.
Another is blood clots that stop the flow of arterial blood!.
Smoking causes "hardening of the arteries", which can lead to C!.O!.P!.D!.
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, which is a disease caused by lack of oxygen, that damages the heart!. Any time someone puts smoke into their lungs, they are depleting their body of oxygen!.
Oxygen is needed to keep the Heart functioning at it's peak performance!.
Smoking also depletes the brain of the oxygen it needs for maximum performance!.
If smoke depletes the lungs of oxygen, then the heart has to work harder, and harder to get the oxygen it needs in order to perform it's function!.
Any kind of smoke entered into the lungs, is damaging to the body in one way or the other!.
I hope this helps you understand the dangers of smoke inhalation!.

I had the exact same thing as you when I first got high!.!.!.scared the living sh*t outta me!. So i've never gotten that high before!. Yes, anxiety and shocking your body with the weed again can definatly cause a heart attack, seizures, strokes, and you can stop breathing at random times!.

My suggestion is if you don't want to have any of this, then stop!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on how frequently you've done it since you started back!.!.!.after I wait awhile and smoke again!.!.it ***** me up to that point but after a few times it chills out!.!.!.just don't do stressful ****!.!.chill to some pink floyd!.!.should do the trick but!.!.I doubt you would have a heart attack just because of that!.!.and well if you did!.!.hell of a way to goWww@Answer-Health@Com

I get the same way!.
But that's just what weed does to you!.

I just switch my mind into thinking that it's my muscles moving and pulsing, and then I relax and I'm all "This is wicked!"
Just image your rapid heart beat being something else, otherwise you will freak out and have a bad trip!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you try to inject weed into your blood, and succeed, you may end up getting a heart attack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's a REALLY easy cure for this!. It's called "stop smoking weed"!.
Why do you smoke it if you don't even enjoy it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it can, but most likely you won't get one from smoking weed!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

LOL Man, you have no idea how many potheads out there are jealous of you right now!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like some good herb!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Marijuana causes your heart rate to go up as much as 50 percent while reducing blood pressure as much as 20 points!. This puts a strain on you heart and if your cardiovascular system is compromised yes there's an increased risk of a heart attack!.

As for the anxiety attacks they're one of the most common negative side effects of marijuana use!. Keep in mind pot is much stronger than it used to be!. A couple years back you had some high grade stuff if it had perhaps 15% THC content now it quite common to find weed with THC concentrations as high as 30%!. I'd try going easier on it, take smaller hits and don't hold them in as long!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
