What can I do to help me stay awake from the day? (Hypersomnia)?!


Question: What can I do to help me stay awake from the day!? (Hypersomnia)!?
I mean besides the obvious, drink more water and eating healthy, and in the morningis most important blahblahblah I get that!.

I am pregnant, but I don't think it's normal to sleep for 4-5 days straight when you're pregnant!. I've always had this problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you're pregnant, you need to let your body do what it needs to do!.!.!. eat when you're hungry, sleep when you're tired, and rest when you need it!. Pushing yourself more than your body wants can be harmful to your baby and yourself!. If you're concerned about sleeping that long, you should talk to your OB/GYN about your concerns so they can give you the best advice, search for a cause, and address what needs addressing!.
Over the internet, we could only guess why you're sleeping so much, but a doctor can run tests to see if you're sick or if your pregnancy is just taking more of a toll on your body than most women!. Your best bet would be to consult someone who can find out why you're sleeping than try to force your body to stay up!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use an alarm clock and drag your butt out of bed!. Even if you watch tv all day, at least you up and moving around a bit!. Sounds like you may be in a depressive state of being!. You need to get your body moving, and if not for your sake, at least think about the well-being of you future offspring!.
