Question: Metamucil,fibre for constipation!.When to take!.!?
I bought some Metamucil for constipation and i thought that full directions would be on the product,however it does not indicate whether to take befor or with or after eating!.Could someone familiar with this product please help me!.Nany thanks !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
