Question: Can I take Alfalfa Pills!?
I am 13 and I read it could help with menstrual cramps!. Am I a loud to take them!? And what about Raspberry Leaf Tea for cramps!? Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alfalfa has a lot of good minerals in it so if your cramps are made worse by low minerals it could help!. It also makes the blood a little thicker but that shouldn't be a problem!.

Raspberry leaf tea is also full of good minerals!. It also has some positive effect on the uterus so in this case I would say it would be the better choice!. Best to drink it all the time and not just one week out of the month!.

No reason why a 13-y-o couldn't take either one; they're perfectly safe!. Both teas taste sort of green and herby!. You might like them with a few drops of lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon of honey!. Drink hot if you're cramping!. The rest of the days, drink iced if you like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
