I would not give Valerian root tea to a young child simply because how would you know what dosage is safe!? While Valerian root is very mild I am very leary of giving children any medicine or herbals not truly needed!. Plus Valerian is a diuretic and could possibly cause dehydration in such a small child!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Not a good idea!. Valerian root is a natural muscle relaxer!. Not something a growing baby needs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
