I tried my best not to get sick, but!.!.!. Yeah anyways I have a really sore throat and I'm really congested any home remedies to get well before Christmas!? Please help!! I'll really appreciate it!! Easy points!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Onion is a great natural decongestant!. If you get the crud out of your head, you'll heal faster!. Slice an onion into thin slices!. Put the slices into a zip-top plastic bag and bung it in the fridge!. Put 2-3 slices on a small plate and keep it with you at all times!. Breathe those vapors!. When it loses its potency, toss those slices and get a couple more!.

Slice and boil a piece of fresh gingerroot!. Boil it for 15-20 minutes!. Strain out the pieces and drink a cup of the hot liquid!. Sweeten it with honey if you like!. This helps your sore throat!. Store the rest of the liquid in the fridge and reheat another cup of it in a couple of hours or so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You won't like it while you're doing it - but you'll thank me later!

Gargle with 1/8-1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper in warm water!. You may have to repeat 2 or 3 times, but pain will be gone!. That will take care of sore throat and open sinuses!.

To get better quicker, Get some Oregon Grape Root, Stinging Nettle, Ginger, Red Clover, and Echinacea from the health food store and make tea from it!. Drink 4 oz every couple hours until your immune system starts fighting back, then you can drink just once or twice a day until after Christmas!.

A nettie pot will clear your sinuses thoroughly and immediately also!.

You tried your best not to get sick - were you taking lots of vitamin supplements and such!? They won't help you avoid a cold!. And they won't help git rid of a cold either!. Clinically proven over the counter meds to relieve symptoms are the most effective treatments available!. See your local pharmacist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

O K try this there are 2 acupressure points half way along the big muscle that runs from behind the ears across the shoulders to the arm just about where the neck starts to curve run your fore finger along this muscle and find a very tender spot get someone to massage these points until the tenderness goes this will dry up the mucus and you should be able to breathe better try this and it will not cost you any thing good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
