Question: Does anyone make St John's Wort capsules that aren't huge!?
My wife has trouble swallowing pills and most of the capsules I've found here in New Zealand look like they are intended for horses!. Surely someone makes a smaller oneWww@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately, St!. John's Wort is more of a bulky powder, so the capsules tend to be larger than some people may like!. All the capsules that we have of St!. John's Wort are either the largest capsule size or the second largest!. However, it is an herb that you could actually take out of the capsule and either mix into water or mix into a health drink (like if you make smoothies or anything like that), so you could try doing that!.
Aside from that, I have never seen a smaller capsule of St!. John's Wort (like one that would take 2-3 pills per dose because they are so small)!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
