Question: Fast working home made laxative!?
Hello, my question is towards laxatives, as i recently have gotten a problem where of which i need to use something like this before taking the pill!.
However as the pharmacy is closed on sundays i need some help!.
So my question is, is there anything i can drink/consume, that will make it "work" down there, without having to wait more than a few hours!?!. (has to be buyable at the local supermarket)!.
Would really be a great help!.

You could try a few things!. Very strong coffee!. Prunes!. Senna (found where the vitamins and such are in the store)!. High fiber cereal!. Smooth Move Tea!. Unfortunately most take more than a few hours (except maybe the coffee)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
A glass of warm prune juice will do the trick for you!.
Also, you can use glycerine suppositories or ducolax suppositories!. They usually work within 15 minutes or so!.
Also, when I was younger and was not able to go on a regular basis, my mother used to cut off just a small sliver off of a bar of soap!. Nothing big just a little!. Hold it in between your fingers to let it soften up a little bit, then use it like a suppository!. It usually works within just a few minutes too!. Your bowels can`t do anything without water so be sure that you are drinking lots and lots of water (8 - 10 glasses per day at least) and consuming at least 20 - 25 g or fibre!. Massaging the area around your lower abdomen and walking around will help things move around in the moment and help the water access the feces!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Green apples are good, a tablespoonfull of molasses dissolved in some hot water is better!. To help so that you dont have to need a laxative get plenty of fiber in your diet!. Eat lots of whole grains and many problems will disappear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
