Answers:
a symptom is any sensation or change in bodily function that is experienced by a patient and is associated with a particular disease!. so when a patient does not realize any of the changes, he is then considered asymptomatic!. symptoms are elicited from the patient's history

a sign, meanwhile is an indication of the existence of something; any objective evidence of a disease, i!.e!., such evidence as is perceptible to the examining physician, as opposed to the subjective sensations (symptoms) of the patient!. physical signs are found during physical examination of the patient

a patient may be asymptomatic, but the doctor examining him may find relevant signs (because the patient did not realize that there was something wrong)

or the patient may be asymptomatic and the doctor could not find any signs but there's incidental findings on x-rays or blood results (examples include cancer or anemia)Www@Answer-Health@Com
