Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory drug!. It seems as if you are suggesting that the drug itself is causing inflammation!? If so, this may indicate that you are allergic and if so you should certainly avoid the drug (and perhaps other NSAIDs, for that matter) in general!. If I understood your question correctly, I would definitely suggest seeing a doctor about this!.
