Well I believe grapefruit has the effect of lowering blood pressure but I do not know the mechanism behind it!.

I do know that people who are prescribed meds for high blood pressure are instructed not to eat or drink grapefruits as it amplifies the effectiveness of the drug!. So grapefruit appears to be a natural remedy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a good look at whom you are and how you are!.
NORMALLY you stop eating execive red meat products
and salt!. You also need to manage your temperament
well!.
Eat more vegetables,fruits, and nuts: cooked or raw!.
Relax and go out for a walk more often!. Think about
good things and stop worrying!. Change the things
you can change and forget about the ones you can't!.

Relaxation,meditation,or i found that having reflexology at college lowered mine!.
But there may be an underlying reason why its elevated!.
