Question: My sister says i have a planters wort!? What is that!?
I just thought it was a hard patch of dry skin on the corner of my foot but its been getting kind of sore!.!.
Are they treatable, Unsafe!?

It might be a planters wart, it might be athletes foot or a bunion!. if it is a hard bump that is really round might even have a black dote in the middle of it, then it is a wart!. If it is a small bump and looks like dry skin hurts and ichy then it might be athletes foot!. if it is big and pain full and really hard that feels like it is apart of your toe!. kind of like a bone then it is a bunion!.

I used the stuff you get at the store to get rid of mine!. allso if you do use that stuff make sure that you get all of it don't leave anything that they call a seed!. if you do then the wart will come back!. if it is just athletes foot then also go the a drugstore and pick up some cream!. it will go away fast!. if it is a bunion go see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bloody hell, I tell ya there a pain in the ***!. I had one and it takes like two months to get rid off!. It is basically an in grown wart - a couple mills deep of hard solid dead skin!. How you treat it is you go to the chemistand they'll give you a cream that you have to apply daily on the wart and it will basically eat away the dead skin - it does hower take a while still to get rid of it completely - it's sore hey, hope u get betterWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's like any other wart, but more painful because of the location!. I've removed one with standard wart remover and used those round pads that look like donuts to cushion it until it was gone!. No problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They are warts mostly on the bottom of the feet!. You can get them from pressure on the foot, swimming pools, public showers, etc!. They are considered to be contagious!.!.says my dermatologist!. I got one pretty much over night in July!.
I have bought all of the over the counter things, from the liquid acid to duct tape (internet says it works lol) to the little round pads!. I have even gone to the Doc!. to have it removed!. It has been so painful I could hardly walk on it!. I started to walk with my toes crunched up so I wouldn't walk on the wart itself!. As I said, I went to the doc!.!.!. he "froze" it and said it would fall off in about 2 weeks!. That was a few months ago and it's still there!. The nurse told me I could use pumice pads to shave it down with!. I did that pretty much every day in the shower thinking I would get rid of it that way!. Well, the little bugger won't go away!. I have since given up on using anything at all!. I even stopped using the pumice pad and I have noticed that the pain is going away!. I don't know if it's just going away on it's own or if leaving it alone has helped the pain!. The wart is by all means still there and not pretty on the bottom of my cute little foot, but the pain is leaving!. Which is all I could really ask for, as I was missing wearing my heels!. big wart usually on the bottom of the foot that can hurt!. doctor can either freeze or burn it off!. the home remedies you buy at walmart might work but they are not that greatWww@Answer-Health@Com
