well my back curves at the top really bad i have really bad back problems and i was wondering these things please aswer these qeustons

If your back curves forward this is called a kyphosis, if it curves sideways it is called a scoliosis!.
With Scoliosis it is sometimes indicated to operate it it is severe enough and certainly carries grave risks!.
You most certainly would know by now if you were a candidate!.
With Kyphosis indications for surgery are very rare!.
Which ever the curve is it probably isn't as great as you think and can be caused by many conditions!.
Some are functional meaning they can be changed if your posture corrects, others are functional and you are stuck with them!.
I suspect you have a functional kyphosis which would improve if you did postural exercises!.

If it curves to the side, it is called scoliolsis!. Regular massages and yoga can help relieve muscular tension!. It is not something you can fix, just minimize!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
