You generally won't find multi vitamins with full daily amounts of calcium and magnesium!. This is because the pills would have to be huge to fit full daily amounts of these minerals as well as everything else that needs to be in it!. Most people take additional calcium/magnesium supplements if they need it!. If you check out some of the 6 a day multi vitamins found in a health food store you are more likely to get higher amounts of these simply because the daily dose is 6 pills so they can put more in it!. If you are looking to specifically get more magnesium and/or calcium Peter Gillham Natural Calm or Natural Calm with Calcium are great sources!. The magnesium is wonderful taken at night before bed as it relaxes you, helps you sleep and has the added benefit of keeping you regular!.
