I use to take B12 pills after I had E coli in 2004 for circulation in my legs!. It's great for circulation it increases it so that you can walk a whole lot better!. b12 is vitamin B12 its usually found in injection or swallowable pill form!. It's good for if your a vegitarian because your body needs this vitamin for your blood!. and vegitarians do not get this vitamin because its found in meat!. I reccomend if your vegitarian and are preggo or are going to become preggo to take these supplements so that your baby in the developing stages develops properly!.
