Question: What Do I Do To Fall Asleep Fast!?
I'm 14 & i have a very imaginative mind!.
I'm constantly thinking about things!.
When i get into bed, it takes me atleast an hour to fall asleep, because i'm always thinking about things!. I always tell myself to stop thinking, and i do for about a minute, then i find myself thinking again, and it's so annoying!.
What can i do to fall asleep!.

like PJ said!. working out seems to be the best option!. i used to be the same way but ever since i've been working out i can pretty much alwayse can go right to sleep at night!. if you have to a shot or two of nyquil will always do the trick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a nice hot shower, place a fan on low from a distance towards your face!.!. (thinking is normal, there isnt anything u can do to stop thinking)!.!. go for runs or something to get you tired, you'll fall on your bed right away!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you get plenty of exercise during the day!. In the evening, drink a cup of chamomile tea and take a warm shower!. Yoga would also be very helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
