In desperate need of an alternative to caffeine?!


Question: In desperate need of an alternative to caffeine!?
I cannot have any caffeine in any form!.

These are the steps I've taken to improve my situation!. Any suggestions !?

Taking a multi vitamin
Taking a B-complex vitamin
Taking an iron pill
Exersise every morning and night along
Get 8 hours of sleep per night
Light therpay in AM

Still, I have no energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are doing all of that and still have no energy something is wrong!.
My first question would be whether there is some hidden infection!. The first place I would look is the gut and the teeth!. If you have an infected tooth (root canal, etc) it might really be zapping your energy!. You also might have a low thyroid and not be getting enough iodine (from seaweeds like kelp and dulse)!. Could also be heavy metals!.

Check out the sites I endose without pay on my page here!. They are some good places to start and I recommend switching to the non synthetic "Max Stress B Nano Plex"!. Most B vitamins on the store shelves are synthetic and they can actually stress the endocrine system if you take them long term!. ALSO, drop the iron pill!. Totally toxic!. Get your iron from the dulse I mentioned above and live sources!. And finally, you might want to focus on adrenal boosting!.

!.!.!.exercising twice a day might give you some energy on your OFF days, but if you work out twice every day, your going to see some lack of energy!.

eating clean would be my suggestion!. taking all these vitamin pills might be decent if your not getting them, but it really doesnt help if your taking them while eating fast food!. instead of taking multivitamins, trying cutting out the vitamins and replacing them with actual food that contains the vitamins!. lots of greens, lots of fruit - basically, plants with a lot of natural color!.

cut out junk food!. and cut out excess, unnecessary sugar!. sugar will make your energy levels spike then crash!.

if all else fails, take a nap during the day!. somewhere around mid-day, take a 20 minute nap!. you might wake up groggy, but you will feel a lot more refreshed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I stopped caffeine 2years ago and it took 3 weeks to get over the headaches and so sleepiness it was awful the worst drug i`ve given up! I`ve recently found a coffee alternative made with chicory figs etc it tastes nice but will not pick u up like coffee!. Try to eat regular healthy foods not sugar as you get a rush then dip soon after, bananas avocados are great!. I also tried the Bach Rescue remedy its a natural flower remedy that did help!. From the sounds of it there's another problem you need to deal with!. With everything you're doing you should have plenty of energy every day!.

Someone I knew had a similar problem, She lived with a chronic disease for 4 years, then she finally went to anutritionistt and shes perfectly healthy now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
