Very low dose of Abilify?!
Question: Very low dose of Abilify!?
hey, my doctor put me on 5mg of Abilify and he told me that this is an extremely low dose of Abilify!. i find myself wanting to be active and do stuff all the time!. also i have been shy my whole life and now after this low dose of Abilify i talk to people like i know them!.
My question is will this dose of Abilify keep me like this or will i build a tolerance to it and need to increase it!? my worst fear about Abilify is the problem people get with there spine and jaw!.
one more thing, could all this just be a placebo affect or could just this minuscule dose be doing its job!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Restlessness is one its most common side effects, i dont think you really build a lot of tolerance to it but i might be wrong!. i think putting people on a beta blocker can help but im not that good with psych meds, id just let your doctor know and see what he says!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think it's great that you are experiencing a good effect on a low dose of Abilify!. It may not be a placebo effect!. I've never heard of someone experiencing a tolerance to the medication (I never did when I took it and I was on and off it for 2 years)!.
The problem people get in the spine and jaw is not a common side effect of Abilify so don't be too fearful of that!. It may happen but the chances are lower in Abilify than in other medicines in it's drug class!.

Doctor prescribe, therapeutic doses, generally they say the word "low dose" to patients because patients are less likely to experience or notice side effects, You could build a tolerance it is possible!.!.!.But they doctor is aware of those possibilities!. But it's working well!. and any change let the doctor know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
