I really think it's a very good pragmatic approach!. People bash it and say it just promotes drug use, but the people that use these programs are habitual drug users who will get their needles one way or the other!. It's also a public health issue!. It is a method in stopping the transmission of HIV!. The more it spreads the more each of us is more at risk of coming into contact with it!. In a perfect world we could explain to these people that drugs are bad and they would quit!. Until that happens let's keep them as safe as possible and reduce their threat to the community at the same time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
