Answers:
In the yolk!. http://www!.georgiaeggs!.org/pages/yolk!.ht!.!.!. says:
"The yolk also contains more phosphorus, manganese, iron, iodine, copper, and calcium than the white, and it contains all of the zinc!."

However, on the flip side, http://www!.zinc!.org/zinc_health!.html says that there is only 1!.3 mg of Zinc per 100 g of whole eggs, so that's not really all that much Zinc that you'd be missing!. You'd probably be better off just taking a supplemental Zinc if you need more Zinc!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
