Question: How safe is acai-green!?
I'm 58 and am about 20-30 pounds overweight and take high blood pressure and anti-anziety medications!. Are there any side affects that may be dangerous or to be aware of!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't tiake diet pills!. They are unnatural, dangerous, and do not address the root problem!. It's not the lack of pills that got you heavy; adding them is not the fix you need!. you got here (most likely) from improper diet and lifestyle!. Correcting these is the fix you need!.

We have been misinformed about food in this country!. You don't need to worry about calories, fat, carbs, or any other constituent of food!. What matters is whether or not a food is natural, simple, fresh, and digestible!. Balance and moderation are the keys!.

If we eat like the Asians, we will look like the Asians (thin)!. When they eat like us, they look like us (not thin)!. This doesn't mean you have to eat Asian food all the time, just adhere to the principles that are common to the various cultures; which are:
eat mostly vegetables (a wide variety), mostly cooked (easier to digest, speeds metabolism), some fruit (butless than veggies), little to no juice (violates the moderation principle), green tea with most meals, a little bit of meat (all types) and little to no dairy (it's for infants and grows fat)!. Chew your food well, don't go hungry, get some exercise every day (vary the exercises) and don't hold on to stress!. The Asian diet is the most balanced way to eat for health!.
