Normally any particular medicines that are manufactured by different company's are same. So even if you find the same composition in the medicines then you can go for cheap medicine.

In the UK all medication, whatever it is costs just over £7 at most, and there are many ways of not having to pay anything, (such as being disabled, such as myself, or being over 60).

My medication is quite expensive if we didn't have an NHS, but the effectiveness against my Epilepsy all depends on many factors, such as adverse effects, (whilst some medications work on me, some don't, one medication made me very paranoid and wanting to kill myself from the severe depression).

Some of the medication is quite expensive, some of it is cheap, I've also had some stage 4 medical trials which have either been good or bad, but I know that my Doctors and the NHS care about my wellbeing and will give me the medication and treatment I need, no matter what the cost.

As for over-the-counter medication, something like Neurofen Plus works better than a standard Ibuprofen, though this may not be the case for everyone, and Neurofen Plus costs a lot more than Ibuprofen, but it's all down to the individual.

Generally: They shouldnt be! But sometimes it may be the case, and it may also be the other way around. If u wana find out about a specific drug, I would research the active ingredient from different manufacturers and read about the findings of each drug....ie) efficacy, side effects etc etc

No, this is why Government has given instruction to all goverment doctors to write cheap medicines to the patients !

One can try generic medicines. It is the best.

No. It don't matter the cost. Components play the crucial role. So Never go on price tag.
