Ginseng and Ginkgo Biloba Liquid for Anxiety/Worry.?!

Question: Ginseng and Ginkgo Biloba Liquid for Anxiety/Worry.?
Im looking to buy Ginseng and Ginkgo Biloba for my Anxiety. I've read everywhere that they can help. Is this so?

I would take 1ml a day

I just worry about stuff and need something to take the edge off. I've done research and they seem to have an effect on people. Is this so?

Thankyou

I'm sorry I didn't notice you had asked this new question, but I made an addendum to my answer from yesterday just this morning. I'll just put it here so you have it. ;-)

Assuming you take them in the proper doses (following what the bottle recommends), yes, they are the same basic thing as what you get in a capsule. The liquids are typically liquid suspensions or tinctures (liquid extracts) of the herbs so your stomach would consider them exactly the same as taking a pill and a swig of water. ;-)

If you can't swallow the pills easily enough and you can handle the taste of the liquids, I'd go for the liquids. The next best option would be to crush up or cut the tablets, but you'd deal with the taste of it again (plus the excipients). The next best option would be to learn to swallow the pills whole... it takes practice and breaking down the mental blocks, but it's worth it if you ever have to take pills (I had the same hurdle to jump over, too).

Liquids will be absorbed faster, but you'll still get the same ending impact if it's the same concentration (the label should specify). Most of the liquids I've seen are either concentrates (the tinctures) or about the same potency as the pills (just selling it so it's easier for those who have trouble swallowing pills)... but they are almost more expensive because they cost more to make the liquid suspension.
I was assuming you're using Korean/Panax Ginseng (which is good for stress, brain health, and immune system support). However, if you're using Siberian or American Ginseng, those two increase energy and may make anxiety worse (although they also help with stress). Choosing the right Ginseng will make a world of difference when you have stress. Ginkgo is good for brain health (memory and whatnot), but doesn't really help anxiety. Good luck and I hope I helped!
