Regardless of what the skeptics say, the answer will depend on so many factors including what medicine you're taking, the doctor that prescribes it, what you're treating, etc. It could range from $2 (a small bottle of a vitamin) to several hundred dollars or more (more extreme treatments, consultation, and other aspects of treatments).
Most Naturopaths I've heard about typically charge anywhere from $100-300 for a consultation, but it could vary by area as well (cost of living differences, for example). Typically, the supplements they carry in their office are much more expensive than comparable options so going to other high quality sources will save you some money (assuming they aren't specially made pills in their office). Those are the basic minimums, but again, different medicines, treatments, and doctors will cost different amounts. Good luck and I hope I helped!
Personal experience with natural doctors and personal research in my role as a Product Specialist (I've been asked similar questions about natural doctors)
The costs of natural medicine are threefold:
1) Money yielded in exchange for useless placebos.
2) Time lost *to* aforementioned placebos.
3) Dignity lost to being scammed.
It's hard to put a price on all the problems "natural" medicine causes, but it's very high.
