Im a personal trainer and you had what you call the Niacin flush. You feel like your body is on fire and you sweat like crazy atleast I did. Why are you taking Niacin are you worried about a drug test of something? anyways I would not take anymore cause your body is already flushed out. Best of luck to you

try niacinide instead of plain niacin. you won't get a niacin flush from taking niacinide
