Question: Can I take natural vitamin e and lysine together?
I am currently taking natural vitamin e and am also going to take lysine, but I am not sure if they are okay to take together, any info would be great thanks!

Sure! As long as you take L-Lysine on an empty stomach, you can take them at the same moment or at different times in the same day. Vitamin E (specifically in softgels as that will have the oil to help the absorption) works just as well in the system whether you take it with food or on an empty stomach so that can be taken with or without the L-Lysine.
