Here is what one should do to treat sugar problem without taking any medicine .
Tips for Healthy Diet : White Oats , soya milk/double toned milk , Idly , Dhokla , sprouts , curd of soya milk/double toned milk . these are some of the things one can take for breakfast or evening snack. salad with lunch & dinner. two chapati' with lentils/beans at lunch/dinner. Oil only 500 ml in whole month . Fruit : one apple a day or one pear .no other fruit. All vegetables are good . Anything from Bakery like biscuits, bread, cake , pastry or noodles are bad foods.
