I have been ordering from the following company for years. They are good quality formulas for almost any ailment you could have. They are also reasonable compared to some of the ones out there. As far as cataracts, I can't remember but I know there are 2 or 3 formulas for the eyes. My husband has some unusual vision problems so they have helped him. His problem is not taking them on a regular basis. That is the problem with most people. You will happily find other problems clearing up as well. Sometimes 3 or 4 herbs can help a multitude of symptoms. In addition, be sure you are taking a good multivitamin and at least 2,000 mg of Vitamin C.
If you do have to have surgery, get a surgeon with a good reputation. They have made huge strides in cataract surgery.

I doubt there is.
I am sure someone will give you a list of herbs to apply or foods to eat but until there is real proof that this will make that kind of change on a body, I would be very skeptical.
