Antidepressants that work with Pegasys?!

Question: Antidepressants that work with Pegasys?
long story short-My mom has Hepatitis c and Lymphoma. She is on pegasys and interferon treatments. She has become severly depressed and her Rx for Trazadone she finally got when she talked to her doctor about how she was feeling made her feel AWFUL. she had blood rushing in her ears and intense nausea, and that is on top of how terrible the pegasys and interferon make her feel. That experience just made her feel worse about everything. She tries so hard to stay positive but i know this is wearing on her. When she told the nurse how the Trazadone made her feel, the nurse told her she was 'being silly' and those pills never do that. the side effects i read about tell me that is entirely possible in some people.
She is going to go back to the doctor and ask for something new.
I have read many message boards and blogs and found these suggestions.
Alprax
Citalopram
Zoloft
Prozac
Wellbutrin (even one person who says Prozac and Wellbutrin together make her feel almost normal again!)

If you have taken antidepressants on pegasys
or taken antidepressants alone or pegasys alone please give me some advice.

thank you!

I have not taken any medications for hepatitis C treatment or for depression.

However, I have many friends who have gone through hepatitis C treatment. Depression and other intense, emotional effects from the medication are common. A friend of mine was very depressed and confused while on treatment.

I went with her to a Hepatitis C Support Group meeting, many cities have them. At the meeting, she met other people who were going through treatment who gave her really good advice. Only someone who has gone through this can understand what your Mom is going through.

Have you mom check to see if there is one available. That way you can also get some assistance in supporting here through treatment.
