remove the caffeine from your diet, worked for me.

90 dyas of no caffeine, then you can go back on. I drink 2 cups of coffee a day after my detox and now I'm fine.. sodas were killing me.

i have real bad anxiety, and just recently started meditating again. before i did it just to start the day off right and not for any real reason. but seeing my mental condition is very difficult to cope with, meditation literally calms me to the bone. i just feel fresh like a new person everytime i finish a session. learn it, it's been around for centuries and centuries. it works wonders.



Exercise, meditation, no caffeine get rid of negativity in your life, do things you enjoy, think positive eat healthy figure out what is making you have anxiety and work on removing it or try ways to lesson the feelings...:)
