Drink tons of water!!!! seriously its the best thing you can do for your skin. Also moisturize your skin when you get out of the shower that is when you skin is more absorbent. Try to stay out of the sun also. There are tons of products I could recommend You just need a good cleanser soap free, a exfoliant use everyday if you have no irritation if you do use less frequent alcohol free astringent and a moisturizer with no added perfumes all natural. Also try Guthy Renker Vita Clear a multi pack that is amazing for skin nails and hair.

I am a medical Aesthetician ( skin care specialists )

Over a certain age in ladies in particular it could be down to a lack of the female sex hormones...in particular oestrogen. A simple blood test (at your doctor's surgery) could determine that. For those ladies....Dong quai could be tried by anyone who does not want to take HRT.

If you are still young, could be that your diet is lacking and/or what you are putting on your skin is not suitable. Soaps can be drying so avoid those. Use a suitable facial cleanser, toner and moisturiser for your skin type.

Other than omega oils, try vitamin E 400iu. This helps conserve the sex hormones you do produce and also the omega fatty acids you are taking. Make sure you take your omega supplement, and vitamin E if you decide to try that, alongside a main meal.

You could try a little honey in your toner as honey helps the skin retain moisture. Green or white tea can be used as the toner. Make sure glycerin is high up on the list of ingredients in your moisturisers as glycerin too helps your skin retain moisture. Make sure you drink enough liquid daytime as not drinking enough would dehydrate the skin. Cover up in strong sun with a hat and/or a good mineral based sun cream.

Hope that helps.
All the best.

You're doing it wrong.

Did you realize that skin is semi waterproof? When your body is busy keeping vital fluids in, it's also keeping fluids out, as well. This why skin moisturizers only provide a little relief from dry skin - because they can't penetrate very far and they're washed off easily.

Dry skin means that not much moisture is coming from within to reach the surface and keep it supple. This is because you're not drinking enough water. If you don't put water in, you won't get water out.

Dry skin is a sign of dehydration. Click the link below to learn how to correct dry skin from the inside.

Olive oil. Don't drink it. Rub it all over you when you get out of the shower.
3 cautions - Don't get it in your hair unless you are ready to wash it.
Don't get it on your right arm if you are going to sign an important document.
Don't use it if you are going to wear silk. It will not stain any other material.
Your skin will be as soft as a baby's in 3 weeks. Then you can cut down to 2/3 times a week

vitamin E is good too. you can up the omegas, but if there is an underlying reason your skin is drying out it is more important to CUT the cause, instead of treating the symptom.

bio oil. haha trust me, it wont make ur skin oily if u wash it off the next morning, just put it on before u sleep. also, before doing your foundation or concealer, use a facial primer. it makes suchhhh a difference

Gelatin capsules, they are not just good for nails and vitamin E capsules! I know you want to take supplements but drinking more water will hydrate your skin too!

Omega -3 Fish Oil Capsules. Take 2 a day it takes about 2 months Keep taking it forever it has a lot of other benefits.

kolagen pastillas
