you will fall asleep i take 2 pink ones if i cannot sleep dont worry you will be fine

you will be fine!!! you will get sleepy with 2 you cannot overdose so just try 2 if that does not work they have natural stuff over the counter my fav is sleep md. If not being able to sleep continues talk with your doc. Also chamomile tea helps to before bed. Sleep tight :)
