Can I take benadryl now after valum?!

It's not a total no-go, but I question the necessity of the Benadryl??

Both medications can cause sedation (Valium? being the chief offender); is there a particular reason you need the Benadryl??

yeah-i used to take a ton of valium (50+mg per day, no joke) A benadryll wont hurt you at all. i'm the same size and was the same age-trust it'll be fine especially 5 hrs later. if you're like me you'll get super tired, but that's better than being miserable from whatever reason you needed benadryll.
