I would discuss this with your doctor to be on the safe side, but it sounds like you're allergic to it (or something in the pill) or maybe it's anxiety from swallowing a large pill like that. That is a very unusual reaction and the mild blood thinning properties that Fish Oil has typically would help keep blood pressure healthy, not bring it up.

If you're taking any prescriptions, I would also ask if any of them interact with the Fish Oil... there are some drugs with bad interactions with various supplements or foods. I've never heard of a reaction like this so anxiety or allergy sounds the most likely, but your doctor can do some tests to investigate what's causing it. Good luck and I hope I helped!
