Question: Is It Safe To Take Valium With Rhodiola Rosea ?
Rhodiola Rosea is from health shops to help fatigue. What positive or negative effects does it have to your body when both are taken. Thanks

The safest thing for you to do is to ask your doctor or pharmacist. But it looks like the answer is going to be that it is NOT safe to do so...just read this:
"Rhodiola rosea may interact with benzodiazepines, SSRI and SNRI antidepressants causing drowsiness. If you are already take this medication and want to take Rhodiola rosea, consult your doctor first." [verbatim from: http://www.whathealth.com/rhodiolarosea/… ]

For fatigue you could try B vitamins and coQ10....those don't interact with your drugs. B vitamins and coQ10 are best taken in the morning after breakfast.

If the fatigue persists anyhow, talk to your doctor about that.
