If you need it more than a week, two weeks pushing it, I'd strongly suggest having a talk with your doctor about weaning off of it and onto a less addictive or non addictive medication.

Honestly the first person is correct. I am now an Ex-addict myself from this situation. I was prescribed opiates when I was 15 and became addicted, and it stayed like that for 10 years. I highly recommend to get off immediately, and if you cant or don't want to, go to the doctor. In my opinion the only pain medication that should be allowed would be Tramadol, unless your are at a level where you need serious medication.

everyone I know who has ever taken percocet became an addict and kept their addiction secretive.

10days should be about your limit on that one med. Ween yourself off and try to go to an over the counter analgesic.

if prescribed you need to be asking your doctor or pharmacist.
